Please note: Times shown reflect the schedule after Daylight Saving Time ends (UK transitions to GMT on October 25; US transitions to standard time on November 1). For the first five sessions (September 20 – October 18), local clock times remain the same in the UK, Europe, and US, but conversions for India, Singapore/Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand will shift by one hour. Please double-check your local time for each session.

Time Commitment: Approximately 2–5 hours per week
